When an unplanned issue (not caused by the realtor) occurred, she went above and beyond to get my family in the house. My family and I are very grateful for her help.
This was the first time using a realtor so we didn't really know who to go with or how to find one.
After looking online, we came across Fran who is an animal lover like we are so we set up a meeting. She did not disappoint. She talked us through each step and engaged in frank and open conversations about what our hopes were in terms of selling. She was constantly available via text, email, or phone for any questions and concerns. She assisted us in finding people to do some updates prior to the listing based on people she had worked with in the past. She gave us guidance on staging the house. We had the added completion of needing to line up closing in ND with our move and closing in AZ. Through every meeting at our home, she showered love and affection on our pups like they were her clients too. A wonderful perk was finding out she makes a donation to the animal rescue of our choosing at the time of closing. Overall, we couldn't have been any happier or more impressed with her organization, accessibility, and commitment.
